Why Do New Year’s Resolutions & Goals Need the ABCs of Affirmations? 

Every Day Begins a New Year!

The best way to change your life is to work on your thinking. Learn to guard your thoughts. Turn any negative thoughts around immediately. Watch for words like “I’m trying to…” “I want to…” “I wish …” Instead, affirm “I am doing this…” and “I’m grateful that I am…”

Don’t be so hard on yourself! Talk to yourself as you would to a child. Stop with the woulds, shoulds, and coulds. Be as nice and polite to yourself as you are to your loved ones.

Repeat after me: “I am Divinely Authorized to Be Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise.” Change the last three words to make this affirmation yours.

Beginning on the first day of 2020, I posted a series of tweets to encourage my friends to stop with unmanageable resolutions and difficult goals. I encouraged them to begin each day with positivity. Remember, a Bright Idea comes to you from the Divine Mind and you have the response-ability built in your DNA. Trust yourself to make the right decision because you must take action.
